Recently working with our FABULOUS webmaster, Kit Creighton of IWEBBIT, on adding additional domain names to our cooperealty.com and team-cooper.com websites, I learned who provincial terms can be. To me, Oceanfront Property Delaware, or Oceanview Property Delaware means “the beachâ€. However, if you’re from New Jersey or Pennsylvania, this means Shore front or Shore view, as the beach to them is catagorized as “the Shoreâ€.Â
Another example- Lakefront Property Delaware, to them would be Pond front Property Delaware to us. In either case, Ocean vs. Shore or Lake vs. Pond, come see us. Tax free Delaware is a great lifestyle.
